For some, detoxes appear harsh and unappealing when you have to fast for a week straight, drinking only strange elixirs of lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Luckily, there are options for a lighter, less intense detox that are far gentler.

MILFORD — When looking for ways to save money – whether a residential or commercial property – the answer could be in the structure itself. Easy Energy USA owner Robert Ross of Milford met with Rep. Michael Peifer (R-139) last Friday in the Milford Township municipal building and discussed ways of saving energy today. His program would help homeowners and business owners achieve cost savings, reduce pollution so there is less impact on the environment, create jobs and put skilled people back to work.

It’s not only a film from the 1960’s staring Charles Bronson and Ernest Borgnine, it’s your food. In recent studies, showcased by the Environmental Working Group, the dirty dozen are the fruits and veggies with the highest amount of pesticides on them.  Whether or not you buy these organic, it’s still important information to know on what you’re putting into your body.
